Worst secretary ever

Our secretary (pictured below) has been on duty this Holiday. He has apparently been out all night and sleeping all day, so we will be back on track tomorrow and ship all the orders we received this Easter!

Enjoy the rest of the Holidays!

10 office spaces we wouldn’t mind working in

Our dream is to one day have an awesome studio where we do our creative work in an environment that reflects our brand’s personality. A studio where you can feel the creativity in the air. We dream of having a studio that could be the local face of our brand and a place where people can come in for a cup of coffee and have a look at our prints. We want it to be a studio/store/gallery and our second home. But right now we make magic happen in a not so fancy office space. But we do have an office, which is pretty cool. It’s actually pretty awesome. Everyone has to start somewhere, right?

While we keep dreaming of an awesome studio that will one day become ours, we have gathered 10 office spaces we wouldn’t mind working in. A home office can be just as good as a corporate office building or a dusty garage. The whole point is to get you in that perfect workflow, and these spaces would definitely get us started for the day. Comment you favourite below!

How lovely are these office spaces? Most people spend most of their days at work, so the environment should be inspiring, motivating and energizing wherever it may be.

What the fuck

New week – new prints.

Our webshop is filled with different posters & art prints, and today we launched two new ones! We like to play a little on the edge, just because it’s fun. So this time we have designed two “edgy” art prints. Not for everyone, but for anyone. What the fuck, who cares? If you like them click here. If you don’t, click here anyway.

Art should comfort
the disturbed,
and disturb
the comfortable.

A hint of yellow for Easter

Easter is here!

After a long, dark and cold winter it’s finally starting to look like spring. Our pale, tired faces can finally get some D-vitamin and we can start to feel like humans again! The days are brighter, and so is our mood!

Many like to decorate for Easter, and yellow is a typical color many use. Yellow is the color of sunshine, hope and happiness, so what would be more suiting for this time of year?

Our Yellow Collection is a popular choice in our webshop. Many like to combine Yellow MohawkEbony & Ivory and Yellow Butterfly because they are a great match. We also just launched a new art print with yellow details! You can find it here.

Be inspired to decorate with yellow from our photos below! All posters & art prints come in four different sizes, so you can mix and match! Comment if you see a favourite!

Happy Easter!

Designlovers, you need to watch this on Netflix

February this year, Netlix launched a new documentary series called “Abstract: The Art of Design”. The series profiles eight designers representing different fields in the industry.

Each episode introduces us to a designers life, how they think and the challenges they meet. Get a closer look into the minds of great designers like architect Bjarke Ingels, shoe designer Tinker Hatfield, graphic designer Paula Scher, automobile designer Ralph Gilles, illustrator Christoph Niemann, scenograph Es Devlin, photographer Platon and interior designer Ilse Crawford.

This series is so inspiring and interesting, and we will recommend it to anyone. Even if you are not a designlover, we will tell you to watch it.

The episode about graphic designer Paula Scher was probably the one that we could relate to the most. It was so inspiring to see how she changed the face of New York with her typography skills. Actually kind of mindblowing.

We binge-watched this in one night, that’s how much we liked it. An absolute must-see on Netflix.

You’re welcome.
